To communicate, participants from the same team will use video conference app platform (or similar app), which will also allow them to share certain information through their screen.
The animation can be set up simultaneously, so that all the teams play at the same time, or each freely on its side at the desired time. For its proper functioning, this challenge requires a Wifi connection for each participant, and that their computer does not limit access by security to Google map and your videoconference app.
